Jan Ebbs’ whistleblower penalisation complaint adjourned

Jan Ebbs brought complaints under the Protected Disclosures Act and Charities Act against Sunyata Retreat Centre CLG; the centre denied them at a preliminary hearing.

The Workplace Relations Commission adjourned the case pending an in-person hearing in Ennis, no earlier than 15 June.
