James Farrell was declared bankrupt by the High Court, in a case reported on 10 November 2020.
The bankruptcy followed a €315,000 High Court judgment obtained by shareholder Martin O’Brien in 2017.
Farrell’s company, Business Mobile Security Services, went into liquidation in July 2019 after debt proposals were rejected.
Mr Justice Humphreys refused to delay the bankruptcy application while an appeal against a personal insolvency refusal was pending.
