Ivan Bruton receives suspended sentence for two assaults

Ivan Bruton, 23, received a fully suspended 16-month sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for assault causing harm and assault.

He pleaded guilty to the offences at Salthill & Monkstown DART Station on 31 May 2020; the sentence carries 12 months of Probation Service supervision.

The case was recorded in February 2022.
