Jacinta Kenny awarded €50,000 for disability discrimination

Garda Jacinta Kenny was awarded €50,000 by the Workplace Relations Commission after it found ongoing disability discrimination by An Garda Síochána.

The commission also ordered equal treatment in considering her promotion to sergeant and access to relevant personnel-file materials.
