Fozia Rafiq loses fixed-term employment complaint

The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Fozia Rafiq’s complaint that the Kuwaiti Embassy treated her less favourably because she worked on a fixed-term contract.

The WRC ruled it had jurisdiction to hear the complaint.
