False sexual assault allegation about Maurice McCabe stayed on file

A false sexual assault allegation about Maurice McCabe remained on file into 2017, the Charleton Tribunal heard. Detective Superintendent Frank Walsh said he understood it remained there until the tribunal began in early 2017. The proceedings were reported on 25 July 2017.
