WRC awards Enda Fox €14,000 for disability discrimination

The Workplace Relations Commission found that Enda Fox’s employer discriminated against him by dismissing him while he recovered from a workplace injury.

It awarded him €14,000 for disability discrimination and a further €4,000 for breaching employment information rules.

The case was recorded in February 2024.
