Adjudicating officer Kevin Baneham found longstanding working time breaches and rejected the company’s vehicle tracking data as an adequate record of Sehleanu’s working hours.

The WRC also rejected his constructive dismissal complaint, finding he had resigned without first raising the issues with his employer. Other statutory complaints were rejected as well.
