Diarmuid Aherne, 45, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possessing a Stanley knife and not guilty to resisting a garda in Clonskeagh on May 9, 2025.

Judge Anne Watkin fined him €100 for the knife and imposed a one-year peace bond for resisting the garda.
