Dr Idriss Jebari brought discrimination and penalisation complaints against Trinity College Dublin to the Workplace Relations Commission.

He alleged he was assigned a double teaching workload after complaining about the distribution of lecturing duties; the adjudicator was expected to issue a decision in due course.
