Donal Lee’s burglary sentence replaced on appeal

Donal Lee, 25, was serving a suspended burglary sentence when he committed another burglary at Stack’s Pharmacy in Laytown.

The Court of Appeal quashed his wholly suspended three-year term and imposed three years’ imprisonment.

The case was recorded in November 2021.
