Don Culliton’s complaint under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 against the Department of Justice was rejected as not well founded by the Workplace Relations Commission.

The decision, reported on 10 November 2023, found his emails did not set out relevant information about wrongdoing, so the question of penalisation did not arise.
