Denis Casey was found guilty of conspiring to defraud and mislead investors, depositors and lenders at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 9 June 2016. The conspiracy concerned Anglo Irish Bank’s financial health in 2008 and involved a €7.2 billion transaction.
