Darren H Barnett was linked to €211,000 ruled proceeds of crime by the High Court, reported on 19 June 2018.
The Criminal Assets Bureau said the accounts were opened using identity theft and used in an international money-laundering scheme.
The court heard the alias was used to obtain a UK passport number, a PPS number and Dublin bank accounts.
The accounts received money from international locations, including US$269,000 from a Dubai-based entity.
Ms Justice Carmel Stewart said the evidence established that the cash was proceeds of crime.
