McNicholl and O’Kane appeal extradition orders; judgment reserved

John Edward McNicholl, 73, of Newmills, Letterkenny, and Seamus Christopher O’Kane, 74, of Scalestown, Dunshaughlin, appealed extradition orders to Northern Ireland over charges linked to the 1975 murder of an RUC officer and attempted murder of another constable.

The Court of Appeal reserved judgment in October 2025.
