Stephen ‘Rossi’ Walsh loses miscarriage of justice application

Stephen ‘Rossi’ Walsh, 78, applied to the Court of Appeal for a certificate of miscarriage of justice over a State application to add conditions to his post-release supervision order.

The court refused the application, finding the State’s unsuccessful application had been to Walsh’s benefit.
