Court of Appeal says Gerard Nevin’s sentence for sexual assault was too lenient

The Court of Appeal found Gerard Nevin, 42, received too lenient a sentence for 22 sexual assault counts.

He pleaded guilty to offences committed from 2012 to June 2020 in Clondalkin, Lucan and Palmerstown; resentencing was set for December 4.
