Chinese investors' unpaid-loan claim admitted to fast-track court list

Quoquing Wu, Jianyu Qi and five other investors brought a claim against Premier Green Energy Holdings over an alleged unpaid loan.

The claim was admitted to the fast-track commercial court list on 22 July 2019 and adjourned until after the summer recess.
