Ashley Moran’s discrimination complaint rejected

Ashley Moran’s disability discrimination complaint against Bus Éireann under the Equal Status Act 2000 was rejected by the Workplace Relations Commission.

The WRC found he was not discriminated against and had been refused entry because of abusive behaviour.
