Anne Millar won an unfair dismissal claim against the Irish Aviation Authority at the Workplace Relations Commission.

The WRC ordered €2,815 compensation, finding procedural defects in her dismissal while also finding she had substantially contributed to it.

The case was recorded in February 2023.
