Date set for Jasmine McMonagle murder trial
Summary
A trial date has been set for a man accused of murdering a Donegal woman. Richard Burke, aged 28, of Forest Park in Killygordon, is charged with the murder of Jasmine McMonagle at her home in the same area on January 4, 2019. Ms McMonagle, also aged 28, was found dead at her residence on that date. The Central Criminal Court has scheduled the trial to commence on July 5, 2021, before Mr Justice Michael White.
