Retention of completed house with brick finish, relocated wastewater system, and entrance features

Padraic Carmel Rudden is seeking permission to keep a house he's already built at Tirlahode Lower, Stradone, with some changes from the original approval. The main changes include adding brick finish to all sides of the house (instead of a carport), moving the wastewater treatment system to a new location on the site, and keeping the entrance piers and boundary walls as built.
