Healthcare unit and retail shops replaced with 8 apartments in four-storey block

Philip Bernadette Kiernan has got the go-ahead to change plans for a building at Riverside Business Park in Ballinagh. Instead of a healthcare unit and two shops on the ground floor, there will now be 8 apartments, bringing the total to 29 apartments (12 one-beds and 17 two-beds) across four floors. The layout, parking, and bin stores have also been rearranged.
