Pub gets expanded with two new three-bed apartments and reconfigured interior

Desmond Brenda Corrigan is planning a major overhaul of the pub and residential building on Main Street in Swanlinbar. The work involves demolishing some rear extensions, building a new two-storey extension with a ground-floor lounge and kitchen plus a three-bedroom apartment upstairs, raising the pub's roof to add another three-bedroom apartment, and creating a new patio area out back.
