Housing agency has more onerous lending criteria than those issued by Minister, lawyers tell discrimination hearing

The State's Housing Agency has improperly adopted higher criteria for the approval of local authority home loans than those set by the Minister for housing, lawyers for an Indian national who alleges discrimination have told the Workplace Relations Commission. Aloke Tirawy’s solicitor says he “ticks
