Date set for child-minder's retrial on charge of serious harm to infant
A retrial date has been set for a Cavan childminder charged with causing serious harm to an infant. Sandra Higgins, aged 36, of The Beeches, Drumgola Wood, Cavan town, denies intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm to a baby at her home on 28 March 2012.
