A jury at the Central Criminal Court has been discharged in the trial of a Dublin man accused of murdering Adil Essalhi in 2011. Michael Kinsella, aged 22 and with addresses at Swiftbrook Close in Tallaght and Ardkeen in Cavan, had pleaded not guilty to the charge of murdering Mr Essalhi at Tyrrelstown, Dublin on 6 January 2011.
