Jury discharged in trial of Dublin man accused of murdering Adil Essalhi
The jury in the trial of a Dublin man accused of the 2011 murder of 29-year-old Adil Essalhi has been discharged. Michael Kinsella (22), with addresses at Swiftbrook Close, Tallaght and Ardkeen in Cavan, had pleaded not guilty to murdering Mr Adil Essalhi at Tyrrelstown, Dublin on January 6th, 2011.
