Cavan man goes on trial accused of murdering his wife

A Cavan man was arraigned before the Central Criminal Court on charges relating to the death of his wife in 2013. Oliver Kierans, aged 57, of Drumbannon, Bailieboro, pleaded not guilty to murdering Patricia Kierans on 5 September 2013 at their home address.
