Witness Appeal – Discovery of Body of a Female, Kimmage, Dublin 12 on the 25th August 2026

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the discovery of a female body in Ravensdale Park, Kimmage, Dublin 12 on 25 August 2026. The deceased, aged in her 20s, was removed from the scene, and a post-mortem was conducted by the State Pathologist, though results are not being released. A technical examination of the scene has been carried out, and a Senior Investigating Officer has been appointed to lead the investigation. An incident room has been set up at Crumlin Garda Station, and a Family Liaison Officer has been assigned. Gardaí are asking anyone with camera footage from the area between 8:30pm on 24 August and 8:30am on 25 August to contact them.
