Derelict house restored with rear extension; shed converted to habitable use; new wastewater system

Tanya Cullen wants to restore a derelict house at Castlegaddery, Ballynacargy and add a two-storey extension (63.1 square metres) to the back. The extension will have an office and snug on the ground floor, with kitchen, living and dining areas below. She's also converting an existing shed into a utility room and toilet, and installing a new wastewater treatment system.
