development which will consist of the construction of 2 no. Warehousing/light industrial buildings (total GIA 5,581 sq.m.) as follows: 1) Block A, (max 10m high) comprising 1,708 sq.m. GIA warehousing/light industrial 1,409 sq.m. of integrated ancillary office accommodation. 2) Block B, (max 10m high) comprising 1,608 sq.m. warehousing/light industrial 856 sq.m. integrated ancillary office accommodation, together with all services, utilities, boundary treatments, landscaping, improvements to existing roads to include upgrading of markings and resurfacing, new access roads, cycle paths and foot paths, car and cycle parking, and all other associated site development works
