proposed development of a crematorium and supporting infrastructure on a site of circa 3.16 hectares. The proposed development will comprise of the construction of a new single-storey crematorium (circa 1,520 sqm) and associated outbuildings (circa 63 sqm). The proposed development will also provide: 124 no. car parking spaces including accessible parking, EV charging spaces, accessible-sized EV charging spaces; 3 no. coach parking spaces; 28 no. bicycle parking spaces; all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, roads, footpaths, bin storage, 1 no. ESB sub-station, and all other ancillary works above and below ground. Access is provided from the eastern boundary via the existing business park road, which connects to the R394.
