Runner competed in CCC ultra-race across France, Switzerland and Italy

A local trail runner has competed in the CCC (Courmayeur Champé Chamonix) race, a renowned 104km ultra-distance trail running event that crosses Courmayeur in Italy, Chamonix in France, and Switzerland. The runner trained extensively for the race, including weekend training runs on Croagh Patrick in Mayo, and returned for a second attempt after gaining experience from the first year.
