Krzystof Grzegorski (22) made a video confession from England after learning his co-accused had been arrested for a killing he carried out, the Central Criminal Court heard on Monday. Mr Grzegorski has pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to manslaughter for the death of Bogdan Michalkiewicz (41) at his home in Letterkenny, Co Donegal on May 13, 2013. Mr Grzegorski told detectives he could not recall specifics of the incident due to heavy drinking but remembered stabbing the deceased in the chest following a dispute. The trial before Justice Patrick McCarthy and a jury continues on Wednesday.
