Well-known chef Garoid Lynch passes away; tributes flow

Garoid 'Jerry' Lynch, a renowned chef and restaurateur who ran the Old Post Inn in Clover Hill, County Cavan for over 20 years with his wife Tara, has passed away. Lynch was a regular contributor to the station, frequently bringing his dish of the day to studio. He was a highly respected figure in Ireland's food community, trained in Michelin-starred restaurants, and authored 'My Gluten Free Kitchen'.
