Kevin Lunney accused to make 'jurisdictional' application

The Special Criminal Court has adjourned proceedings in the trial of four men charged with the false imprisonment of Quinn Industrial Holdings executive Kevin Lunney. A jurisdictional application is to be heard tomorrow on behalf of one of the accused.
