Lunney trial hears of alleged contact with Cyril McGuinness phone
Summary
The Special Criminal Court heard evidence of mobile phone contacts the prosecution alleges were connected to the abduction and assault of businessman Kevin Lunney in September 2019. Alan O'Brien, Darren Redmond, and Luke O'Reilly have each pleaded not guilty to false imprisonment and intentionally causing serious harm. The trial continues before Mr Justice Tony Hunt and two other judges at the Special Criminal Court.
