Jury sworn-in for trial of husband accused of murdering wife
Summary
A jury of nine women and three men has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court to hear the trial of a Sligo man charged with murder. Rafal Karaczyn, aged 35, of Crozon Park, Sligo, has pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to manslaughter following the death of his wife at their family home in April 2018.
