Man sentenced to 12 years for €630k cocaine possession fails in appeal

Presiding judge Mr Justice John MacMenamin today said the Court of Criminal Appeal did not consider that the trial judge erred in principle and did not consider that the sentence imposed should be interfered with in any way.
