Outcome: Alan Graham (41), with last address at Collinamuck, Roscahill, Co Galway, was sentenced to 12 years with two years suspended by Judge Raymond Groarke for the possession of the drugs. Presiding judge Mr Justice John MacMenamin today said the Court of Criminal Appeal did not consider that the trial judge erred in principle and did not consider that the sentence imposed should be interfered with in any way.
