No collusion with gardai on McCabe allegations, Tusla manager tells tribunal
Summary
In a Charleton tribunal hearing, Gerard Lowry, Tusla's Cavan‑Monaghan manager, denied any coordination or collusion with Gardaí in creating files that alleged sexual abuse against whistle‑blower Sergeant Maurice McCabe.
