Man deported from Netherlands is jailed for string of offences

Outcome: Joseph Kiernan (34) had received a partially suspended three year sentence for robbery in the Netherlands after just eight months living there. Dean Kelly BL, defending, submitted that Kiernan wasn't aware that a condition of the suspended portion of his Netherlands robbery sentence was that he leave that country for ten years.
