Mongolian couple avoid jail for using fake passport documents

Outcome: Judge Pauline Codd sentenced Ganbat to a three year suspended sentence and Badrakh a suspended sentence of two and half years. She sentenced Ganbat to three years in prison which she suspended in full on condition that he keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
