Outcome: Verka Georgieva (49) was jailed for 21 months for stealing €10,000 cash from a motoring school owner in 2008 and attempting to steal a similar amount from the medical student earlier this year. He said the crimes were committed in "cold blood" and backdated the sentence to when Georgieva entered custody in May this year.
