Summary

Two Limerick men, Thomas McMahon, 31, and Noel Noonan, 34, were scheduled to stand trial at the Special Criminal Court for IRA membership. The prosecution had supplied a large quantity of disclosure and additional evidence to the defence in the days before the hearing.
