Summary

During a brief hearing at the Special Criminal Court, Conor Metcalfe, aged 25, was charged with membership of the Irish Republican Army (IRA). Metcalfe had been originally arrested in November of the previous year but was released without charge. He was re‑arrested on 24 November and brought before the court on 9 am.
