Foreign national blackmailed 13-year-old girl in to having sex

Summary

A 29‑year‑old foreign national was sentenced to six years' imprisonment after he black‑mailed a 13‑year‑old girl from his community into having sex with him. He had obtained a photograph that the girl had sent to another man; the photo was not nude but was considered "compromising" because it could cause cultural problems if her family learned of it.
