Prisoner tried to cut off growth on face due to pain

Prisoner Noel Reddington has launched a High Court action against the Prison Authorities, the Governor of Mountjoy Prison, the Irish Prison Service, and the State, alleging he has been denied urgent medical treatment for a painful facial growth.
