Sean FitzPatrick trial put back until October
Summary
Sean FitzPatrick, former chairman of Anglo Irish Bank, has been scheduled for a new trial on 27 offences under the 1990 Companies Act, including 21 charges of misleading auditors and six of providing false information between 2002 and 2007.
