Dave Mahon jury asks to view knife block
Summary
The jury in the David Mahon murder trial was given the knife block from which Mahon claimed his stepson had taken the knife that caused his death. The case concerns the death of Dean Fitzpatrick on 26 May 2013. Mahon, 45, pleaded not guilty. The State alleges he was drunk, angry and stabbed Fitzpatrick with deadly intent.
